Accounting Specialist
Location: Santa Barbara, CA
Pay Rate: Up to $28/hour

Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Accounting Specialist to join our team in Santa Barbara. This role involves supporting the accounting department with day-to-day financial tasks, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all accounting processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Process accounts payable and receivable

Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities

Maintain accurate financial records and documentation

Reconcile bank statements and ledgers

Prepare and submit financial reports as needed

Support payroll processing and related tasks

Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth financial operations

Qualifications:

Previous experience in accounting or bookkeeping

Proficiency with accounting software and MS Excel

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Good communication and problem-solving skills

Compensation:
Up to $28 per hour, depending on experience
