As an Accounts Receivable, you will play a critical role in maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring the timely processing of accounts receivable transactions. You will work closely with the finance team to support the day-to-day financial operations of the company.

Key Responsibilities :

Accounts Receivable:

Process customer invoices accurately and timely.

Monitor accounts receivable aging reports and follow up on overdue payments.

Reconcile customer accounts and resolve discrepancies.

Prepare and distribute statements to customers.

Assist in the resolution of customer inquiries and disputes.

Reporting:

Generate and distribute reports related to accounts receivable.

General Support :

Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes.

Collaborate with other members of the finance team as needed.

Perform other finance and administrative tasks as assigned by the supervisor.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent (associate's degree in accounting or related field preferred).

Previous experience in accounts receivable, accounts payable, or a similar role is a plus.

Proficiency in using accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).

Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.

Excellent organizational and time management skills.

Effective communication and problem-solving abilities.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Knowledge of basic accounting principles and practices is a plus.

knowledge of QuickBooks and/or JobBoss is a plus.
