This role is fully onsite and ideal for someone who excels in a structured environment, demonstrates discretion with sensitive information, and brings strong organizational skills to daily operations. Your work will directly support legal workflows and ensure administrative processes run smoothly and securely. Key Responsibilities 1. Mail Management (~4–5 hrs/week) Open, sort, scan, and digitally distribute incoming legal and operational mail. Ensure secure handling, tracking, and storage of confidential documents. Review incoming legal email communications and upload corresponding digital files into the legal order management tool. Identify and enter relevant data such as: Case number Type of legal order Name of serving party 2. Data Entry & Case Management Enter and update case information in the litigation management system. Assist in organizing accurate legal records and case documentation. Generate and distribute standard reports on legal and compliance activity. 3. Legal Administrative Support Prepare, edit, and organize legal and business documents. Handle ad hoc administrative requests from legal and compliance staff. Maintain document integrity and version control. Must-Have Qualifications Administrative or Legal Experience: Prior experience in administrative, legal, or executive assistant roles. Technical Proficiency: Comfortable using scanners, digital filing systems, and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Gmail, etc.). Familiarity with legal order management systems, including tools like Safari and JIRA. Attention to Detail: Able to accurately input sensitive legal data. Professionalism: Reliable, discreet, and proactive in managing tasks without constant supervision. Confidentiality: Capable of handling highly sensitive legal and compliance information with care.
