As an Appliance Delivery and Installation Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering and professionally installing appliances at customer locations. You will ensure that each appliance is installed correctly and that customers are educated on the proper use of their new products. We are looking for a dependable team member who takes pride in their work and values customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities :

• Safely load, transport, and unload appliances to customer locations.
• Install and set up a variety of household appliances, including washers, dryers, refrigerators, dishwashers, ovens, and more.
• Ensure appliances are properly connected to water, gas, and electrical systems following safety and regulatory guidelines.
• Perform basic troubleshooting and testing of appliances to confirm they are in proper working order after installation.
• Educate customers on the usage, maintenance, and care of their new appliances.
• Provide excellent customer service by answering customer questions and addressing any concerns.
• Maintain a clean and organized work vehicle, ensuring tools and equipment are in good working condition.
• Complete delivery and installation paperwork accurately.
• Follow all safety protocols and company procedures.

Qualifications :

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior experience in appliance delivery, installation, or a related field preferred.
• Knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and gas connections.
• Ability to lift and move heavy appliances using appropriate tools and techniques.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
