ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a dynamic Associate Consultant / Client Relationship Manager to become an integral part of our team. In this role, you will act as a strategic advisor and relationship owner for our healthcare clients, ensuring measurable success, promoting technology adoption, and spearheading renewals, cross-sells, and expansions across various care settings.

The perfect candidate will blend consulting-structured analytical skills, effective problem-solving, and executive presence with excellent interpersonal communication and project management abilities. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Client Success & Growth

  • Establish and nurture executive and operational relationships with healthcare leaders (in nursing, operations, IT, and finance).
  • Propel renewals, expansions, and cross-sells by uncovering new use cases and additional sites within current partnerships.
  • Conduct quarterly business reviews (QBRs) to present ROI, clinical outcomes, and operational impacts.

Strategic Advisory & Adoption

  • Serve as a trusted advisor, assisting clients in converting system insights into actionable plans and workflow enhancements.
  • Collaborate with client leadership to manage change, foster frontline adoption, and instill industry best practices.
  • Advocate for client feedback internally to influence both product development and service improvements.

Analysis & Operational Execution

  • Evaluate system usage data and performance metrics to uncover trends, address risks, and seize opportunities.
  • Resolve operational issues and collaborate with internal support, product, and engineering teams.
  • Effectively oversee multiple client initiatives with a strong focus on prioritization and project management.

YOUR FIRST 90 DAYS (SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE)

By Day 30

  • Complete onboarding and product training, gaining essential knowledge of VirtuSense technologies and healthcare workflows.
  • Observe senior Client Partners during client interactions, QBRs, and site assessments.
  • Start fostering relationships with internal teams (Product, Engineering, Support, Sales).

By Day 60

  • Assume responsibility for a small portfolio of client sites with minimal oversight.
  • Analyze usage and outcomes data to create your first QBR presentation.
  • Identify any initial adoption gaps or risks and propose actionable solutions.

By Day 90

  • Completely manage your portfolio of client accounts and independently lead executive-level QBRs.
  • Show measurable enhancements in adoption and utilization metrics.
  • Craft and present an account growth strategy detailing cross-sell and expansion opportunities.
  • Earn recognition from clients as a respected strategic partner and from your team as a dependable operator.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Outstanding interpersonal, communication, and client relationship skills.
  • Executive presence and the confidence to engage senior stakeholders.
  • High drive, resourcefulness, and adaptability in fast-paced, uncertain environments.
  • Strong project management capabilities.
  • A commitment to enhancing healthcare outcomes and ensuring patient safety.
  • Willingness to travel up to 50%.
  • Bachelor of Science or Bachelor of Arts.

Strong Preferences:

  • 1-3 years of experience in a top-tier consulting firm (MBB, Big 4, major Professional Services, or Technology & Digital Transformation firms).
  • Healthcare industry experience.
