*Position Overview:*
We are seeking a compassionate and experienced *Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)* to provide *in-home ABA services* for children and families impacted by autism and other developmental disabilities. Serving the greater Richmond area
As a BCBA, you will conduct assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, supervise RBTs, and ensure high-quality, client-centered care.
*Key Responsibilities:*
* Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and skill-based assessments
* Develop, implement, and monitor individualized ABA treatment plans
* Provide supervision, training, and support to RBTs and behavior technicians
* Provide direct services when needed
* Analyze data and make clinical decisions based on objective evidence
* Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other service providers
* Maintain clinical documentation, treatment plans, and progress reports
* Uphold BACB standards and ethical guidelines in all service delivery
*Qualifications:*
* Active *BCBA certification* in good standing with the Behavior Analyst Certification Board
* Virginia State licensure
* 1–2 years of experience working with individuals with autism or related developmental disorders
* Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work independently while thriving in a team-based environment
