Job Description

The position of Cleaning Professional will be responsible for deep cleaning of vacant apartment units in between tenants at various apartment communities across the Orlando area. Job sites vary from day-to-day therefore reliable transportation to and from these locations will be necessary. The Cleaning Professional will work in teams led by a team leader throughout the day as scheduled and assigned by the Company. All supplies, chemicals, tools and equipment will be provided for use on every job. We will make an effort to schedule you at locations near your residence, however some local travel may be required to meet customer timelines.

Requirements

• Available Monday to Friday between the hours of 8 am EST and 6 pm EST; some weekend hours will be available as the need arises (please specify your availability on the application)
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Must be authorized to work in the United States
• Must have a valid driver’s license
• Must have daily, reliable transportation for commuting to and from various locations throughout the day (mileage reimbursement will be provided)
• Must have valid personal auto insurance
• Must consent to and pass a criminal background check (including Motor Vehicle Record)
• Must have a smartphone for scheduling and communication purposes
• Must be able to carry a weight of up to 25 pounds up several stories where no elevator is present
• Must be able to perform the following repetitively for extended periods of time: stand; kneel; crouch; squat; bend over; lift equipment or chemicals weighing up to 25 pounds; use a step stool; look upwards while working overhead.
• Must be able to speak, read and write some English

Tasks

• Vacuuming, dusting, mopping, sweeping, disinfecting, cleaning, polishing, scrubbing of various surfaces in kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, living areas, and balconies/patios according to a checklist
• Use of various chemicals to assist in disinfecting or cleaning of surfaces
• Thorough cleaning of appliances inside and out
• Moving of appliances for cleaning behind and around them (a special tool is used for this)
• Mixing of cleaning chemicals according to manufacturer specifications
• Clean up company equipment at end of shift
• Removal of trash or debris from units

Benefits

• Competitive Pay: Earn $15-$17 per hour, depending on experience
• No experience is necessary, full training will be provided
• W2 position with weekly pay via direct deposit every Friday
