Job Title: CNA (Certified Nursing Assistant)

Duration: 13 Weeks contract

Location: Fulton, MO

Shift:- Days and Night

REQUIREMENT: MO CNA license, BLS

Job Duties:

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Monitor residents' health and report any changes to nursing staff.
• Support residents' independence and well-being through engaging activities and personalized care plans.
• Maintain a clean and organized environment in residents' living areas.
• Follow all protocols and procedures to ensure residents' safety and comfort.
• Document care provided accurately and timely in electronic health records (EHR) systems.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams including nurses, therapists, and social workers.

Requirements:

• Valid Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in the state of Missouri.
• Previous experience in a similar role preferred, but new graduates are welcome to apply.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently as needed.
• Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Flexibility to work morning, evening, and night shifts as assigned.
