Job Description

Our client, a leader in precision manufacturing, is seeking a CNC Machine Operator to join their team. As a CNC Machine Operator, you will be part of the production team supporting vital operations. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, a commitment to quality, and a team-oriented mindset which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: CNC Machine Operator

Location: Valparaiso, IN

Pay Range: $23 - $35

Shift:  Afternoon (3PM–11PM) or Midnight (11PM–7AM)

What's the Job?

• Set up and operate CNC machines to produce parts that meet specifications.
• Read and interpret blueprints to determine tooling and machining requirements.
• Use precision instruments (calipers, micrometers, gauges) to inspect parts.
• Load/unload materials and operate bar feeders.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.

What's Needed?

• Working knowledge of CNC controls and safety procedures (OSHA).
• Ability to read blueprints and use precision measuring tools.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Basic math skills and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Team-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently.
