We are seeking a driven and solution-oriented Commercial Sales Representative to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, developing, and closing new business opportunities within the commercial sector. This includes building relationships with property managers, general contractors, business owners, and decision-makers to offer customized solutions that align with their operational and financial goals.

You’ll work closely with internal teams, from estimators to project managers, to ensure a smooth handoff and exceptional client experience.

Qualifications:

• Proactively generate leads and develop a strong pipeline of commercial prospects
• Conduct site visits, assessments, and client meetings to understand project scope and present tailored solutions
• Prepare and deliver professional proposals, bids, and presentations
• Collaborate with estimating, production, and operations teams to ensure accurate pricing and project delivery
• Build long-term relationships with clients through consistent follow-up, communication, and post-sale support
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Maintain detailed records of interactions and opportunities in the CRM
