Commercial Sales Representative – Roofing Industry

Remote & Field-Based | $85K–$95K + Commission

A growing organization is seeking a Commercial Sales Representative to join a fast-paced, growth-oriented team. This is a full-time, direct-hire opportunity offering flexibility, autonomy, and the chance to work with cutting-edge tools and resources.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed personal sales and revenue targets.
• Attend trade shows, networking events, and host lunch-and-learns to generate leads.
• Conduct and execute safe site visits to evaluate and scope roof conditions.
• Gather measurements, photos, and data for accurate estimates.
• Use estimating tools to compile scope of work and cost projections.
• Create and present comprehensive proposals to clients.
• Manage sales pipeline using CRM software.
• Capture contracts and initiate job files.
• Adhere to company policies and values.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in commercial sales, preferably in construction or roofing.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Proficiency with CRM and estimating software (Edge preferred).
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
• Valid driver’s license.

Compensation & Benefits

• Base Salary : $85,000–$95,000
• Commission : 4% on Gross Profit
• Work Modality : Remote with field visits
