Now, we’re looking for an experienced Construction Project Manager to join our team and help us shape the landscape of secure infrastructure throughout the West Coast and beyond.

 What You’ll Be Doing

As a Construction Project Manager, you’ll take the reins from project kickoff to completion leading with confidence, precision, and purpose. This role is your chance to be more than a manager—be a builder of trust, quality, and lasting results.

Project Launch & Coordination

  • Review contracts & plans to align with bid specs
  • Oversee subcontractor agreements & material procurement
  • Develop & submit detailed submittal packages and billing schedules

Scheduling & Logistics

  • Create and maintain Critical Path project schedules
  • Coordinate field crews, subcontractors, deliveries & inspections
  • Manage punch lists, permitting, and project closeouts

Quality & Site Leadership

  • Lead project teams and support field crews with technical insight
  • Conduct site visits to ensure performance, safety & quality standards
  • Communicate project progress and changes to clients & stakeholders

Budget Oversight & Reporting

  • Track project costs, forecasts, and job costing reports
  • Approve invoices, manage billing cycles, and support revenue projections
  • Identify and resolve cost or scope variances

Safety First, Always

  • Enforce safety compliance across all work sites
  • Lead by example with OSHA and job-specific safety standards
  • Investigate incidents and implement corrective actions

 What You Bring:

  • 5+ years of commercial construction experience (7+ preferred)
  • Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or similar field OR equivalent hands-on experience
  • Strong knowledge of estimating, job costing, and managing subcontractors
  • Proficiency in Procore, Bluebeam, MS Office , and other construction software
  • Ability to lead with confidence, communicate clearly, and solve problems proactively
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to travel as needed

 Bonus Points If You Have:

  • AutoCAD experience
  • OHSA 10/30 Hour Certifications
  • First Aid/CPR Training
