We are currently seeking a dynamic Contracts Manager to join the legal team of a leading innovator in healthcare technology, this is a full-time, onsite opportunity in San Diego, CA. What You’ll Be Doing

As a key member of the legal team, you’ll:

  • Draft, negotiate, and manage a variety of agreements including MSAs, NDAs, consulting and vendor contracts, SaaS agreements, and SOWs.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with teams like Finance, HR, IT, and Sales to align contract terms with business goals.
  • Identify legal and operational risks, propose solutions, and escalate when necessary.
  • Drive process improvements and help build scalable contract workflows and templates.
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and healthcare regulations, including HIPAA.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience managing vendor and SaaS contracts, ideally in healthcare or a regulated industry.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to translate legal language into business-friendly terms.
  • A proactive, problem-solving mindset with a knack for managing multiple priorities.
  • Bachelor’s degree required; JD or paralegal certification a plus but not required.
  • Familiarity with HIPAA and healthcare privacy regulations is highly valued.

Compensation

The expected salary range for this role is $125,000–$150,000 , depending on experience, skills, and location. Final compensation will be determined during the interview process.
