The Next Level Foundation seeks a dedicated and charged individual that understands and believes in the need to include people with disabilities in the workplace and the need for funds to properly engage corporations across the nation of this important social endeavor.

Responsibilities 

• Utilizing available database of past donors to create and elicit donations for the Next Level Foundation to drive the continuation of inclusion of people with disabilities in the fabric of society through employment.
• Fully understanding the mission of The Next Level Foundation (TNLF) to assist and drive your energy in supporting people with disabilities.
• Developing and implementing impactful fundraising strategies to meet the financial goals of the organization.
• Identifying and cultivating relationships with potential donors, including individuals, corporations, and foundations.
• Writing attractive and “to the point” fundraising appeals to secure funding.
• Collaborating with staff members to capture their experience, and to integrate fundraising efforts with programmatic activities.
• Managing donor databases and tracking donor communications and contributions.
• Providing stewardship to existing donors, including acknowledgment and recognition of their support.
• Monitoring and evaluating fundraising efforts to assess effectiveness and making adjustments as needed.
• Establishing fundraising goals will be required and achievement monitored. Exceeding fundraising goals will be properly rewarded.
