Position Responsibilities

• Lead and train Team Leads to deliver outstanding customer service and foster a positive team atmosphere.
• Oversee the daily operations of various Customer Service departments.
• Collaborate with other Managers and Team Leads to boost team performance.
• Analyze team procedures and identify opportunities for enhancement.
• Review performance metrics and recommend strategies to improve efficiency.
• Address escalated customer concerns swiftly and effectively.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's degree.
• 3+ years of experience in customer service management.
• Proven ability to coach and develop a high-performing team.
