Akkodis is seeking a Data Lead for a Contract job with a client in Basking Ridge, NJ . Ideal applicants will have strong experience with SAP testing, SAP BTP automation, and ABAP development across SAP S/4HANA and ECC landscapes.
Rate Range: $41.18 to $43.18/hour ; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.
Data Lead job responsibilities include:
Develop comprehensive test strategies, plans, and test cases for SAP projects, including integration, system, UAT, and regression testing.
Collaborate with SAP functional and technical consultants to fully understand business processes and requirements.
Utilize strong knowledge of SAP ECC, SAP S/4HANA, and key functional modules.
Use test management tools such as HP ALM, Jira, and SAP Solution Manager for planning, execution, and reporting.
Lead and implement SAP BTP build process automation services.
Apply expertise with SAP BTP, SAP Cloud Platform, and SAP Business Process Automation tools.
Work within Agile and SAP Activate methodologies (preferred).
Design, develop, implement, and support ABAP solutions within SAP S/4HANA and ECC environments using HANA DB.
Utilize HANA Studio extensively for solution delivery and optimization.
Deliver high‑quality ABAP development aligned with global IT development and integration standards.
Perform ABAP development across multiple modules including FICO, MM, SD, VIM, and BW.
Desired Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree.
Strong hands-on experience with SAP ECC, S/4HANA, and ABAP development.
Proven background with SAP BTP, cloud automation tools, and SAP Business Process Automation.
Experience using HP ALM, Jira, and SAP Solution Manager for test management.
Knowledge of SAP Fiori/UI5, HANA Studio, and complex system integrations.
Experience with Agile delivery and SAP Activate is a plus.
SAP certification in BTP or automation technologies preferred.
Experience with automation platforms such as UiPath, Blue Prism, or Automation Anywhere.
