Office Manager – Ottawa, OH
Full Time | Private Practice | Competitive Pay & Benefits

We are a well-established dental practice in Ottawa, OH, seeking a professional and motivated Office Manager to join our close-knit team of 5–6 members. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, organized, and able to balance strong patient communication with efficient office management.

Schedule

• Monday–Wednesday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Thursday: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
• Some Fridays: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM

Compensation & Benefits

• Starting at $30-35/hour depending on experience
• Monthly dental benefits
• 2 weeks paid vacation
• Production bonuses based on performance

Responsibilities

• Manage scheduling and patient communication
• Oversee insurance billing, claims, and follow-up with insurance companies
• Handle office opening/closing duties, printouts, deposits, and reports
• Maintain and oversee office organization, cleanliness, and daily workflow
• Support the team and assist with office duties as needed

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of dental office experience required
• Strong computer skills with knowledge of dental software (Eaglesoft experience required)
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Professional, well-spoken, and patient-focused
• Must be skilled in managing production and accounts receivable.
