Job Description

The Detail Manager will be responsible for ensuring all vehicles are thoroughly cleaned and detailed to meet company standards. This includes washing and vacuuming vehicles, performing complete details, and assisting in preparing cars for sales. Additionally, the Detail Manager will support service prep work to help maintain efficient operations. Responsibilities

• Wash and vacuum vehicles inside and out
• Perform complete details on vehicles to ensure cleanliness and presentation
• Assist in preparing cars for sales by ensuring they are showroom-ready
• Help with service prep work as needed to support the service department
• Maintain the cleanliness of the detailing work area and equipment
• Ensure all safety and environmental regulations are followed during the detailing process

Requirements

• Previous experience in vehicle detailing or a related field preferred
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team
• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
• Ability to stand, bend, and lift for extended periods
