This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize web pages and user flows, utilizing data-driven strategies for overall website performance improvement. The ideal candidate will spearhead the development and execution of a dynamic CRO strategy, leveraging in-depth analysis and experimentation to drive growth. Key Responsibilities: Develop and manage end-to-end CRO strategies across all user journey stages: awareness, consideration, intent, conversion. Collaborate with Marketing, Engineering, IT, and Product teams to optimize web pages and increase user engagement. Conduct continuous analysis of performance and user behavior, generating data-driven hypotheses for journey optimization. Lead the creation and management of an experimentation roadmap for short-term and strategic opportunities. Enhance team productivity by defining and implementing efficient web optimization processes. Must-Have Skills: Proficiency in Analytics and A/B Testing Platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Optimizely). Strong understanding of UX principles and funnel optimization tactics. Exceptional project management and communication skills. Industry Experience Required: Familiarity with fast-paced environments such as SaaS, e-commerce, or DTC is preferred. Knowledge of dynamic personalization and segmentation strategies based on user behavior is a plus.
