Base pay range $90,000.00/yr - $120,000.00/yr Paladin is now LHH Recruitment Solutions! We are partnering with our El Cerrito, CA luxury consumer products client to recruit a Digital Marketing Specialist to join their team on a permanent basis , hybrid in their office . In this role, you will be responsible for working across the B2C digital marketing ecosystem, with duties in technical, analytical and creative disciplines. Your role will focus on full-scale email marketing work, aligning overall strategic department goals with curated copy and strategic deployment. You will optimize, test and analyze email campaigns, and should have a deep understanding of relevant email tools. Additionally, you will support the department in honing their organic social media and leveraging social channels to drive brand awareness and engagement. To be a fit, you should bring 3+ years of strong experience in B2C digital marketing, particularly focused on email and social strategy and deployment. ESP experience is required, along with excellent project management skills. You will need to be an excellent written and verbal communicator, comfortable working across the entire organization and communicating with stakeholders and partners. Experience working in luxury brands is a big plus. This organization is growing and their marketing team is at the center of innovation for the company! This is a great opportunity to be a part of continued growth. Pay ranges from $95,000 to $120,000 annually, with potential slight flexibility for the right fit. You will: Drive the email marketing strategy for the organization, working with leaders to ideate, write, edit, optimize and execute email campaigns Create optimized campaigns by conducting campaign analysis, A/B testing and segmentation responsibilities to drive ROI, open rates, CTR and similar Manage social media accounts across consumer channels, focused on curating engaging, organic content and connecting with the brand's audience Create campaigns around events, trade shows and similar experiences for the brand that drive attendance Maintain high levels of technical expertise and aptitude across marketing platforms to ensure seamless and consistent branding Write, edit and curate written content for the brand's digital channels Collaborate with vendors, agencies, cross-functional teams and executives to align campaigns with overall strategy and ensure a seamless, consistent brand experience Your experience should include: 3+ years of digital marketing experience in the B2C space with strong foundations in email and social media marketing Experience in consumer products with a strong preference for experience in luxury goods organizations Bachelor's degree in a relevant field Excellent technical aptitude and analytical skills, including proficiency with ESP tools, project management software, consumer social media channels and Google Analytics Strong writing skills with comfort in the creative side of digital campaigns along with the analytical and optimization responsibilities Benefits include: Medical, dental and visions coverage with HSA 401(K) with match PTO Paid holidays Sound like you?
