JOB SUMMARY

As a member of our operations team, you will be an integral part of our business assisting our drivers to help safely deliver product, along with loading and unloading product in and out of our warehouse striving to always provide a top-notch customer experience.

Take in the views of colorful Colorado! We deliver to jobsites and customer homes from Burlington to Glenwood Springs.

Daily responsibilities will include:

On the Road Duties:

80% of the time this role will be accompanying drivers on local delivery routes delivering product to our customers.

• Load trucks in an efficient manner for unloading.
• Unload trucks at construction sites, buildings and residential home projects.
• Assist with pre-trip inspections of delivery vehicle, paperwork and loaded product to ensure accuracy of orders, communicating delivery updates to customers as needed.
• Help drivers complete the assigned route in a safe, accurate and efficient manner in varying weather conditions and challenging environments (i.e., stairs, curbs, docks, tight parking lots).
• Obtain delivery confirmation via manual or electronic methods, ensuring all updates to orders are accurate and timely.
• Perform overtime as required in order to accomplish deliveries and maintain customer satisfaction.

Warehouse Duties:

• Unload incoming trailers and load outbound trucks for product delivery.
• Verify accuracy of orders picked and shipments received.
• Operate electronic hardware/RF units to receive material into inventory.
• Knowledge of and ability to use motorized and non-motorized material handling equipment.
• Check assembly quality and report any damaged product.
• Perform housekeeping functions as required.

What it takes:

• Ability to work in frequently changing temperatures and environments.
• Must be able to climb up and down into cab/trailer, twist torso for 360-degree visibility, use arms to operate controls, motorized and non-motorized material handling equipment.
• Ability to frequently lift, push, or move product weighing 1-75 pounds, push pull or drag up to or more than 100 pounds (help/assistance required for anything >100 pounds); frequently reach up to 72” to move product.
• Able to use team lifting protocols when loading, unloading and moving heavy product.
• Must be able to communicate effectively for safe handling.
• Must pass background check and drug test prior to employment. ​
