What the Entry Level Accountant Will Do:

• As an Entry Level Accountant, you'll compile and analyze financial information to prepare entries to general ledger accounts, contributing to the accuracy and integrity of our financial records.
• Assist with month-end close activities, ensuring timely and accurate completion of financial reporting processes.
• Create reports summarizing the company's current and projected financial position, providing valuable insights for strategic decision-making.
• Reconcile monthly bank accounts and actively participate in the month-end close process, demonstrating your attention to detail and commitment to financial accuracy.
• Audit contracts, orders, and vouchers, preparing reports to validate individual transactions before the monthly close process.
• Support year-end budgeting activities, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with organizational goals.

What We Need in an Entry-Level Accountant:

• Bring 1-2 years of accounting experience to the table, showcasing your foundational knowledge and expertise in financial management.
• Demonstrate advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, leveraging your analytical skills to extract valuable insights from financial data.
