Description: Kinsley Power Systems is seeking skilled and motivated individuals to join our Field Service Training Program At Kinsley, we are dedicated to providing comprehensive training and opportunities for advancement in the rapidly evolving power generation industry. Our program is open to skilled individuals from vocational schools and colleges, military veterans, and those with a technical aptitude. As a full time employee entering our TechPath Training Program, you will embark on a six-week training program that combines classroom instruction, hands-on learning, and supervised field work. This immersive experience will equip you with the skills and knowledge necessary to excel in the world of power generation. Upon successful completion of the program, you will join our team of skilled technicians, contributing to the success of our projects and gaining valuable real-world experience. Key Responsibilities: Participate in a comprehensive six-week training program, covering technical skills troubleshooting techniques, and customer service Engage in hands-on learning activities to apply theoretical knowledge in a practical setting Work closely with experienced technicians to gain insights and practical experience in the field Collaborate with team members to complete assigned tasks and projects Demonstrate a commitment to learning and adapting to new technologies and industry trends The Ideal Candidate Will Possess One of the Following: Degree or Certification from a licensed/accredited trade or technical school in diesel, automotive, or power generation Military Service and Training in diesel, generator, or vehicle/equipment maintenance and repair All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or national origin.
