We are seeking a dedicated Recruiter to join our team and play a key role in our ongoing success.
The ideal candidate for this role will possess excellent communication skills and a genuine enjoyment of connecting with others. This individual must also be willing to engage in challenging conversations as needed, to ensure that the right candidates are selected for the organization.
Responsibilities would include:
Management of social media accounts.
Screening and interviewing candidates.
Maintaining statistics on spreadsheets.
Reviewing new agent applications.
Communicating with agents and team members to complete projects.
Entry-level admin work.
Qualifications:
Excellent communication skills - especially over the phone
Strong work ethic and drive
Ambitious and Coachable
Great Attitude
Goal-oriented
Computer Fluency
Knowledge of GoHighLevel a plus
Income based on experience: $18-26/hour. Potential quarterly bonus.
