About the Role
The company is looking for an Executive Director of Lending to spearhead their sales and lending strategy. This dynamic role requires a leader who can drive efforts across commercial, specialty, and consumer lending. You will be tasked with managing the existing loan portfolio, meeting ambitious production targets, and innovating new business channels. Your leadership will be crucial in guiding lending teams, overseeing the lending pipeline, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience.
As a key player in our community reinvestment initiatives, you will collaborate closely with the CEO and senior management to tackle significant challenges affecting our sales teams. We are seeking candidates with a Bachelor's degree in business, accounting, or finance; a Master of Business Administration is preferred. You should have a minimum of 10 years of commercial banking experience, with at least five years dedicated to commercial credit. Direct lending, lending management, and experience in consumer lending will enhance your candidacy.
Successful applicants will demonstrate strong leadership capabilities, outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, and the proficiency to make informed decisions and prioritize effectively. Familiarity with the Windows Office Suite is essential.
