Executive Director - Senior Living
Are you looking for an Executive Director position with a company that gives you the ability to be successful?
This is a beautiful Assisted Living/Memory Care community nestled in a gorgeous area north of Seattle. There is a solid community leadership team in place, along with an incredible support team. You will have all of the resources needed to thrive.
The organization is a growing senior living company that is well respected, they truly care for their employees, resident satisfaction is paramount and they provide excellent benefits, including 401K, health insurance, dental, vision, and a strong PTO program.
The opportunity for you is immense. You will lead the day-to-day operations of the community along with ensuring the residents are cared for in the best possible way. You will be responsible for financial management, team leadership, and operational excellence.
You will need to be licensed in Washington with at least 3 years of senior living Executive Director experience.
