Service Consultant Express Service Consultant – Luther Family Ford | Fargo, ND Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Full-Time) Are you a people person who thrives in a fast-paced environment? Luther Family Ford is hiring an Express Service Consultant to join our award-winning service team in Fargo, North Dakota! What You’ll Do: As an Express Service Consultant, you’ll be the face of our service department—greeting customers, checking in vehicles, and ensuring a smooth and efficient service experience. You’ll help coordinate express maintenance services such as oil changes, tire rotations, and multipoint inspections, while keeping communication clear between technicians and our valued customers. Responsibilities:

• Greet customers promptly and professionally
• Check in vehicles and gather relevant service information
• Coordinate with express technicians to ensure timely service
• Communicate vehicle status and recommendations clearly to customers
• Maintain a clean and organized service drive
• Provide exceptional customer service from start to finish

Requirements:

• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Friendly, positive attitude and professional appearance
• Basic automotive knowledge is a plus (but we will train the right person!)
• Ability to work 9 AM – 6 PM Monday through Friday (Every Other Saturday)
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
