Description:
We are seeking a reliable, self-motivated Farm Hand for our location in Pocahontas, TN. This is a full-time position that requires morning and evening availability for animal care. You’ll work independently and be responsible for a range of tasks related to animal husbandry, equipment operation, landscaping, and general property maintenance.
Key Responsibilities:

• Daily care of poultry (chickens, ducks, guineas, and geese)
• Mowing lawns and fields; weed-whacking and brush clearing
• Operating equipment such as skid steer, chainsaw, and wood splitter
• Cutting, splitting, and stacking firewood
• Garden care and minor landscaping work
• Clearing creek banks and underbrush
• General labor and repairs around the property
• Running errands for feed and farm supplies

Schedule:

• Morning and evening shifts daily
• Break during the hottest part of the day is allowed
• Must be available every day to care for animals

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a similar role or with farm animals preferred
• Ability to work independently without direct supervision
• Reliable transportation
• Physical ability to perform manual labor and operate equipment

Compensation:
Starting at $20/hour, with potential for higher pay based on experience and skills.
