Returning Users Log Back In Role Overview Sodexo is seeking an Food Production Manager for Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center located in Boston, MA . In this role you will oversee all procurement for the Food Services operation in a 750+ bed hospital, supporting 3 separate kitchens and 3 retail outlets across both campuses. The Manager works primarily early morning and day time hours Monday-Friday, but will need the flexibility to work as the manager on duty every third weekend. What You'll Do lead the purchasing across 3 kitchens in partnership with the Executive Chefs to support all food services implement and standardize all culinary systems and procedures for the hospital maintain food and health & safety logs within Sodexo and hospital guidelines and requirements provide direction to all front line associates What We Offer Compensation is fair and equitable, partially determined by a candidate's education level or years of relevant experience.
