As a Senior Copywriter at Critical Mass, you will craft compelling copy that drives awareness, preference, and sales for our flagship brand. Base pay range $80,000 – $90,000 per year Responsibilities Collaborate with channel marketing, product management, and brand teams to develop engaging messaging. Translate product and customer insights into clear, SEO‑optimized copy across multiple media. Proofread and edit all content to ensure accuracy, consistency, and brand voice. Lead the creation of communication guides, differentiated messaging, and naming conventions. Coordinate with legal and compliance teams to secure approvals for all content. Manage competing priorities, tight timelines, and stakeholder expectations. Qualifications BA in English, Journalism, Communications, or Advertising. 4–7 years of experience in content marketing or copywriting. Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a strong eye for detail. Strong research, creative thinking, and conceptual ability to translate ideas into audience‑specific messaging. Proven understanding of SEO and digital marketing best practices. Experience managing product content systems and emerging technologies. Proficiency with Microsoft Office. Exceptional portfolio of relevant work. Travel & Security Clearance Occasional travel is required. Candidates must obtain a Level 2 Security Clearance and be U.S. citizens or permanent residents.
