As a Guest Advocate, no two days are ever the same, but a typical day will most likely include the following responsibilities: demonstrating a service culture that prioritizes the guest service experience by delivering the service standard, creating a welcoming experience by greeting guests as you are completing your daily tasks, engaging with guests in a welcoming way to help solve their specific needs, making the guest aware of current promotions, store activities, and events, and being knowledgeable about the tools, products, and services available in the total store, and specific to your area, to solve issues for the guest and improve their experience.
We are looking for someone who enjoys interacting and helping others, including guests that shop our store and fellow team members you work with, thrives in a fast-moving, highly active, and physically demanding role, and is open to working a flexible work schedule with varying hours, days, or shifts.
