Position Summary
The Data Integration Analyst at HealthShare Exchange (HSX) manages, plans, and implements projects and services relevant to all business lines of HSX. This role works through the Enterprise Project Office and has the responsibility for planning, coordination and execution of all projects.
The Data Integration Analyst will work closely with the HSX management team to successfully implement the company's strategic goals including the creation, coordination and execution of any additional projects that contribute to the advancement of the organization including engagement and adoption (E&A), onboarding, implementation, technical and member support. The Data Integration Analyst will own and maintain various services and associated applications and will also support various member accounts.

Responsibilities
Onboarding/Implementation:
Support implementation of HSX services for participating organizations and, ultimately, promote HIE adoption.
Support members post go-live, related to adoption of HSX services.
Design and conduct educational sessions with HSX members, prospective members, consumers, community groups, etc.
Serve as product owner for various service offerings and manage vendor relations for hosted services.
Support healthcare organization in meeting state and federal requirements for data sharing through service adoption and data feed implementations.
Account Management:
Engage with member accounts across the healthcare continuum - accounts range from health systems, payers, independent practices, long-term care organizations, and other health information exchange partners.
Lead ongoing meetings, reviewing and maintaining all account related efforts, projects, and activities.
Provide account-specific support.
Support members post go-live with data quality, migrations, and service expansion.
Other:
Lead strategic cross-functional projects, including multi-year initiatives or deploying existing services to HSX Membership
Manage member/participant leads and accounts in Salesforce for communication and reporting purposes.
Ensure adherence to scope management and change control processes; assess and evaluate scope changes for feasibility and impacts on commitments. Negotiates and manages scope to ensure commitments are achieved within agreed upon time, cost, and quality parameters.
Overall, provide Implementation, Technical Operations, and Engagement and Adoption, and Technical Support for HSX services to improve clinical and business operations of participating member organizations.
Cross train in order to support data feed implementations for members for both hub-and-spoke style connections and point to point connections.

Recommend information technology strategies, policies, and procedures by evaluating organization outcomes; identifying problems; evaluating trends; anticipating requirements.
Take periodic evening/weekend on-call for mission critical systems.
Qualifications
Required
A bachelor's degree in Public Health, Computer Science, Health or Hospital Administration, Business or related field.
Five (5) to seven (7) years experience with the following requirements:
o Experience and literacy with various code sets and healthcare standards, including but not limited to - ICD-10, LOINC, SNOMED, HL7, XML.
o Account management or client relations experience.
o Technical, clinical and/or business skills depending upon project domains assigned.
o Experience with medical/health records systems (EMR/EHR) and clinical workflows.
Able to work both independently and collaboratively with multiple stakeholders.
Excellent organizational, problem solving, critical thinking and communication skills with experience in public presentations.
Able and willing to travel to HSX office and members as needed.
Preferred
Knowledge of technology and information systems planning life cycle and implementation.
Knowledge and familiarity with NextGen (or similar vendors) Health Information Exchange (HIE) platforms and applications
Knowledge and familiarity with PointClickCare (previously Audacious Inquiries) HIE services - encounter notifications
