Heavy Equipment Operator

• Position Location: San Antonio, TX

We are seeking experienced Heavy Equipment Operators for positions in San Antonio, TX.

The ideal candidate for this position must have a minimum of 2 years of experience operating Back Hoe's, Skid Steers, and Mini Excavators in a safe and effective manner.

Heavy Equipment Operator Job Duties:

• Operate and maneuver heavy equipment in a safe and effective manner
• Perform routine inspections on equipment
• Always observe safety codes while operating equipment
• Inspect equipment before operating to ensure it's in working order
• Monitor performance and adjust settings
• Fill out performance records to report equipment issues
• Track maintenance, and alert supervisors when maintenance is due
• Other duties as requested by supervisors

Minimum Qualifications:

• Advanced knowledge of safety protocols and procedures related to operating heavy equipment
• Excellent verbal communication skills
• Ability to remain stationary in seats while operating equipment for prolonged periods
• Basic writing skills to accurately complete reports, logs, etc.
