What You’ll Do:

• Monitor infection trends and evaluate care outcomes
• Collect and analyze infection prevention data
• Educate staff and serve as a resource across departments
• Develop and recommend infection control policies
• Ensure compliance with state, federal, and accrediting body standards
• Promote a safe, healthy environment for residents, staff, and visitors

What You’ll Bring:

• Associate’s Degree in Nursing
• Active RN license in Ohio
• CPR certified
• Infection Control Certification preferred
• Long-term care experience a plus
• Strong communication, policy development, and education skills
