Position: Inventory Specialist

Salary: 55-65K

Location: Benton Harbor, MI

Must Haves:

• High school graduate preferred
• Experience in fresh food or production environment
• 2+ years of maintenance experience
• Must be PC literate
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Able to work with minimum supervision, self-motivated, and entrepreneurial-minded

Day to Day:

The Maintenance Administrator is responsible for overseeing clerical duties within the facility and supporting the Maintenance staff by assisting with the day-to-day operations. This role will report to, and collaborate with the Maintenance Manager on a consistent basis.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

• Responsible for overseeing and controlling budgets
• Performing all administrative tasks including; responding to emails in a timely manner, phone communication, ensuring all documents/paperwork is properly filed…etc.
• Enter and assign Purchase Orders into multi-company ERP system assigned to specific cost centers.
• Manage inventory, pertaining to parts, and storage area, purchasing adequate maintenance materials for service requests and apartment turns, keeping an accurate log of supplies.
• Follows all company policies
