We’re expanding our team and looking for a motivated Junior Project Manager ready to grow their career in a supportive, fast-paced environment.
Position Overview:
The Junior Project Manager will assist with planning, coordinating, and executing projects from start to finish. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-driven, and eager to develop hands-on project leadership experience while supporting senior management.
Responsibilities:
Assist in project planning, scheduling, and budgeting
Coordinate vendor and subcontractor activities
Maintain updated project documentation and status reports
Conduct onsite visits and quality checks
Track and communicate project milestones
Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
Provide administrative support to senior project managers
Communicate with internal teams, clients, and stakeholders
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (preferred)
1–3 years of experience in project coordination or administrative support
Strong communication and organizational skills
Proficiency in MS Office and digital project tools
Ability to multitask and work in a deadline-driven environment
Self-motivated and eager to learn
Valid driver’s license (required); reliable transportation to project sites
