Job description:
- Oversee and complete construction projects from start to finish
- Collaborate with peer carpenters, production, and subcontractors to ensure project success
- Manage project schedules, understand project budget, and resources
- Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure timely completion; communicate weekly updates to field services manager
- Communicate effectively to provide project updates and address any questions or concerns with customers
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and safety standards
- Manage project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and permits

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management in the construction industry
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, techniques, and materials
- Knowledge of construction estimating and budgeting
- Familiarity with building codes and regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to effectively lead a team
=Understanding and proficiency using technology, ie; online documentation, uploading pictures of job sites, etc.

This is a position that we will begin as a 1099* to allow a probationary period with the company of 30 - 90 days. After the probationary period we will move to a W2 position. Hourly rate quoted is the 1099 rate.
Pay Rate*: $38 - $42 per hour; Hourly expectation is 35 - 45 hours per week.
