We are hiring a Full‑Time temporary General Mechanic for the building services team at Parker Jewish Institute, located in New Hyde Park, NY. This role ensures the facility and its equipment are in good working condition to guarantee the comfort and safety of our patients. Position Overview As a Maintenance Mechanic at Parker Jewish Institute, you will be responsible for general building repairs and preventative maintenance assignments. You will carry out inspections and maintenance of gas, plumbing, electrical, electronic, HVAC systems, painting, grounds maintenance, and other assignments as needed.
