About The Role It’s an exciting time at Whistic, and we’re looking for a Marketing Associate to join our team! This is a hybrid role based out of our headquarters in Pleasant Grove, UT reporting to the VP, Marketing . The Marketing Associate will play a vital role in supporting Whistic's growing marketing team across multiple functions, including performance marketing, content marketing, events, marketing operations, product marketing, and customer marketing. The ideal candidate is a marketing generalist who can support our specialists while bringing deeper expertise in a few key areas. What You’ll Do Assist in the creation, editing, and optimization of marketing content, including blog posts, case studies, social media posts, emails, and other collateral Help implement multi-channel marketing campaigns, tracking performance metrics and providing insights for optimization Support the planning and execution of virtual and in-person events, webinars, and trade shows Collaborate with the sales team to develop materials that highlight Whistic's value proposition and competitive advantages Help maintain and grow Whistic's presence across social media platforms, particularly LinkedIn Assist with CRM management, marketing automation, and reporting Support initiatives that drive customer advocacy, testimonials, and case studies Leverage AI tools to improve content creation, campaign optimization, audience targeting, and data analysis while staying current with emerging AI marketing technologies Help track and analyze marketing metrics to measure campaign effectiveness and ROI What You’ll Need 1-3 years of B2B marketing experience, preferably in SaaS or technology Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Data-driven mindset with attention to detail Collaborative team player with a proactive attitude Experience with using AI tools in marketing Experience with marketing automation platforms and familiarity with CRM systems preferred Understanding of SEO principles and experience with design tools a plus Benefits Stock options Medical, dental, and vision insurance Company paid life insurance Internet and wellness stipend Mental health benefit Paid parental leave 18 Paid Holidays 15 Days PTO (All available your 1st day) + 2 additional days each year of employment! 3 Whistic DNA Days- Company-paid "Family Day", "Self Day", & "Community Day" Whistic Fridays- Work ends at 3:00 PM every Friday A world-class culture and employee experience!
