We are seeking a highly skilled Network Administrator . This position plays a critical role in our daily operations, providing hands-on support in the field by troubleshooting and upgrading network infrastructure, servers, and end-user systems. As part of our managed services model, we maintain a fully staffed Help Desk to resolve most PC-related issues, while our onsite technicians deliver localized support directly at customer locations. This position reports to the Director of Field Services. Job Duties:
  • Troubleshooting and repairing hardware and network connectivity issues
  • Current Product Experience with: Cisco, Meraki, Fortinet, and HPE
  • Engage with Operations Center and Manufacturer Support Teams to resolve network failures
  • Installing, configuring, and maintaining desktop and laptop PCs and peripherals such as printers
  • Installing and configuring application and operating system software and upgrades
  • Provide written documentation for Scope-of-Work (SoW)
  • All teammates are expected to demonstrate job flexibility and perform other duties as assigned to deliver on our promise to keep the client's needs our priority.
  • Provide remote and onsite support
  • Perform general server support
  • Support of MS Exchange, Office 365, and Active Directory administration
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
  • 5+ years' experience in IT related field
  • Cisco (CCNA) or similar
  • Managed Services experience
  • CompTIA A+, and/or Network +,and/or Security +
  • Experience with Python and API's preferred
  • Cisco CCNP preferred
  • Other Network Vendor Certs preferred
  • Must have a valid driver's license
Job Type: Full-time
