Job Profile Summary: As a casual Certified Nurse Midwife with Allin, you will step into a dynamic hospital-based environment, providing compassionate, evidence-based care to patients in labor and delivery settings. You’ll collaborate with obstetricians, nurses, and support staff at our Abbott and United Mother Baby Centers.



Job Description:

Principle Responsibilities

• CNM group independently provides labor support, water birth and VBAC/TOLAC services

• Midwifery collaborative support is provided by a supportive inhouse OB and maternal fetal medicine groups

• We attend approximately 40-50 births per month with three affiliated clinics.

• "Natural birth experience" highlighting nontraditional care in the hospital.

• Follows standards for Nurse Midwifery Practice established by the American College of Nurse-Midwives and Minnesota statute.

• Professional Liability insurance including tail

• Team of 16 plus CNM across the system

• Collaborative, supportive and encouraging teammates

• Opportunities for professional and personal growth- research, mentoring CNM and NP students, instrumental QI projects

• Support whole person population health care initiatives

• Casual coverage at United and Abbott Mother Baby Centers

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree Graduate from Accredited School of Nursing required

• Master's degree or doctoral in nursing or related field preferred

• Licensed Registered Nurse - MN Board of Nursing required upon hire

• BLS Tier 1 - Basic Life Support required within 180 Days

• AMCB American Midwifery Certification Board upon hire required

Pay Range:


Pay Range: $125,000 to $140,000 per year


The pay described reflects the starting base pay range, assuming a full-time FTE. Your starting rate will depend on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, your experience, education, and the union agreement (if applicable).
