KBR is seeking a US Space Force (USSF) Operational Requirements Analyst, Long Range Kill Chain SME, to work at the Pentagon. The role supports the USSF Headquarters Staff, office of the Chief of Strategy and Resourcing (CSRO), Directorate of Space Requirements (S5R). Responsibilities include supporting the Service integration with the Joint Capabilities Integration and Development System (JCIDS), participating in the Joint Requirements Oversight Council (JROC) process, authoring and assessing capability development products such as Initial Capabilities Documents (ICDs), Capability Developments Documents (CDDs), and advising senior leadership in planning and coordinating capabilities development. The candidate must have a demonstrated understanding of Space enterprise including DoD requirements, acquisition, and budgeting processes, and be capable of applying principles related to beyond line-of-sight (BLOS) long range fires and space architectures. Experience with advanced military technology and intelligence for long-distance target detection and engagement is required. A Bachelor's Degree or equivalent with 10+ years of applicable experience and TS with SCI eligibility is required. Desired qualifications include a Master's degree in Aerospace or STEM, 15+ years experience in related fields, HQ AF/SAF staff experience, and experience with Joint Requirements documentation and space system acquisitions. The position is onsite with minimal travel (20% or less) and standard working hours (40 hours per week).
