Role Overview: As an Overnight Stocking Associate, you will play a crucial role in maintaining our store's inventory and ensuring a welcoming environment for our guests. Your responsibilities will include:

• Executing accurate and efficient sorting operations.
• Stocking, organizing, and maintaining merchandise on the sales floor.
• Ensuring product availability across General Merchandise categories.
• Operating powered equipment to handle freight and merchandise.
• Processing defective items and complying with environmental regulations.
• Promoting a safe and compliant workplace culture.
• Assisting with guest service tasks, including providing backup cashier support and fulfilling online order pickups.
• Greeting guests warmly and assisting with their needs.

• Can lift and move merchandise safely, including items up to 44 pounds.
