Details: Department: Imaging Administration, Schedule: 8-430, 5 days a week. Hospital: Ascension, St. Vincent Hospital, Location: Indianapolis, IN

Responsibilities:

• Perform administrative aspects of system management pertaining to the Picture Archival and Communication Systems (PACS).
• Manage database and server groups.
• Perform daily management of PACS anomalies and change process to prevent recurrence.
• Perform daily management of transcription issues and follow up on all reports not finalized.
• Manage imaging IS projects from inception to completion.
• Provide input for operations and capital budget requests.
• Provide direction and coordination of end user training.
• Liaison in digital imaging initiatives within the department and other departments.

Requirements:

• Licensure / Certification / Registration:
• Radiologic Technologist specializing in Radiography credentialed from the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) preferred.
• Medical Sonographer credentialed from the American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography (ARDMS) preferred.
• Education:
• High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree OR 4 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
