Job Summary:
We are hiring a dependable and physically capable Pallet Sorter to support our warehouse operations. The Pallet Sorter is responsible for inspecting, sorting, and repairing pallets according to company standards. This role plays a key part in maintaining the quality and flow of shipping and receiving processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Inspect pallets for damage, contamination, or non-compliance with quality standards

• Sort pallets by type, condition, and destination (e.g., good, repairable, discard)

• Use manual or pneumatic tools to perform basic pallet repairs when needed

• Stack pallets safely and efficiently to maintain a clean and organized work area

• Maintain accurate counts and documentation of pallets processed

• Follow all safety procedures and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE)

Requirements:

• Prior experience in a warehouse, distribution center, or pallet repair facility is a plus

• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and perform physically demanding tasks repeatedly.

• Comfortable working in varying temperature conditions (indoor/outdoor)

• Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and ability to work independently or as part of a team

• Basic knowledge of hand and power tools
