Overview

We're Hiring: Payroll Coordinator (Arvada Office Mon, Wed, Fri) with flexible hours on Thursday and Friday.

Base pay range: $23.00/hr - $26.00/hr

Are you a detail-driven professional with a passion for payroll? Were looking for a reliable and motivated Payroll Coordinator to join our accounting team in Arvada. This is a hands-on role. The Payroll Coordinator will work 2530 hours per week, with required in-office days in Arvada.

What Youll Do as Payroll Coordinator

• Process payroll accurately and on time using Paylocity
• Prepare payroll invoices and manage transactions in QuickBooks
• Support onboarding and reactivation of temporary employees
• Verify timesheets and employee data
• Ensure compliance with payroll procedures and company policies

What Were Looking For

• 2+ years of payroll experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
• Experience with QuickBooks and third-party payroll systems (Paylocity preferred)
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines independently
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Must have reliable transportation and be able to work in our Arvada office
