Responsibilities:

• Handle full-cycle payroll processing for 101-500 employees, ensuring timely and accurate payment.

• Manage payroll adjustments, including garnishments, deductions, and corrections.

• Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations.

• Prepare and reconcile payroll reports to support accounting functions.

• Address employee inquiries regarding payroll and resolve discrepancies.

• Collaborate with the accounting team to ensure seamless integration of payroll data.

• Ensure accurate record-keeping and documentation for audits and reporting.

• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance payroll efficiency.

• Stay updated on changes in payroll laws and regulations to maintain compliance.

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in payroll processing, preferably in a high-volume setting.
• Proficiency in handling full-cycle payroll operations.
• Knowledge of payroll for 101-500 employees, including garnishments and deductions.
• Strong understanding of payroll regulations and compliance requirements.
• Experience with accounting practices related to payroll reconciliation.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Effective communication skills for resolving employee payroll issues.
• Ability to adapt to a dynamic and fast-paced work environment.
