PAY AND PERKS
At Dekatherm, we believe in recognizing the value of our employees. As a full-time Pipe Fitter, you can expect a highly competitive pay range of $30.00 - $35.00 per hour (non-prevailing rate) and $42.01 wage + $26.90 fringe prevailing wage jobs, along with a $3,000 sign on bonus. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package , including health insurance, paid sick days and holidays, and a 401k plan with matching funds. In addition, our employees enjoy profit sharing and per diem benefits, making this position even more rewarding.
