Summary of Position:

This opportunity is for those that would like the flexibility of being their own boss without having to open and run a business. Me In Order is a platform for Professional Organizers and a Marketplace for those that are in search of the very best organizers in their local area. As a member of our platform, you would offer Hands-on Professional Organizing services for residential clients while we take care of your business administration. With Me In Order you get to focus on doing what you love - help others get organized. While we do what we love - helping you shine!

Responsibilities:

• Work with clients to meet and exceed their organizing goals.
• Working hands-on with the client in their home – helping them make decisions, prioritize and purge and then create systems of organization that will be simple for them to maintain.
• Have a working knowledge of the organizing tools available to the client and make appropriate recommendations for them as needed.
• Transfer organizing skills to the client (when requested).
• Obtain follow-up organizing sessions.
• Continual organizing skill-set growth by reading organizing books and magazines, window shopping for the latest and greatest in the organizing industry and attending workshops and on-line organizing seminars.
• Attend and participate in Order University organizing workshops (to maintain certification).
• Arrive on time and ready to organize to every session.
• Overall client satisfaction with every session provided.

Skill Requirements:

• Possess a passion for organizing
• Possess extreme attention to detail
• Personable, courteous and able to deliver outstanding client service
• Extremely organized, intuitive and efficient
• Possess a high degree of professionalism, work ethic, honesty and integrity
• Ability to prioritize and communicate those priorities in a manner that is easy for the client to understand
• Possess excellent listening and learning skills
• Ability to confidently ask for another appointment
• Ability to demonstrate creative problem-solving skills “on the fly”
• Enjoys working with individuals to create positive change
• Enjoys working in a team environment from time to time
• Ability to efficiently manage time and complete tasks within the timeframe given
• Pleasant telephone and writing skills when communicating with the client
• Proven ability to maintain client and business confidentiality
• Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to and from client projects
• Must be dependable and show up for client sessions on time
• Must be willing to work flexible hours
• Must have intermediate computer, internet and mobile app skills
• Must be able to perform physical tasks and stand for extended periods of time (up to 6 hours at a time)
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
• Must have a smartphone

Hours: You're the boss, so you are in control of your own availability and calendar.

Work Environment:

Me In Order Expert Organizers are primarily working with the clients in their homes. Client environments will vary from home to home.

Educational workshops provided by Order University are provided to assist with continuing education requirements.

Earnings Potential:

The earnings potential is truly unlimited. You set your own client rates which determines how much you make per hour.

Typical range in annual income: $20,000.00 to $80,000.00

Hourly Earnings: $25.00 to $100.00 per hour

Annual Earnings: $20,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
