Professional Summary The Program Director of Patient Financial Experience provides strategic direction and oversight of various revenue cycle functions to ensure a world-class experience for our patients. This includes prior authorizations and benefits verification, patient collections, patient estimates, the digital experience via MyChart, and financial advocacy. The position provides direction to a team for the provision of education, auditing, monitoring and support of various revenue functions. The role also includes reporting and analysis of revenue related data and supports patient-facing process improvement. Additionally, the position provides expertise as it relates to billing and patient financial processes, while ensuring compliance with organizational, federal, state & third-party requirements. Knowledge of Epic and how to best utilize the functionality and features to drive the organization\'s patient experience forward is required. Salary Range: Minimum 62.90 per hour - Maximum 110.10 per hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility.
